Mansion Casino Review
RIP Mansion Casino! It’s no longer in existence and that is why we would direct you at taking a look at the always-reliable Bet365 Casino.

Below is the old review of Mansion from when it existed, just for posterity…
We’ve undertaken a full Mansion Casino review to find out the facts and player experience at what is one of the oldest online casinos in the business. Having been around since 2003, you might know them as frequent sponsors of English Premier League clubs including Crystal Palace, Bournemouth AFC and Tottenham Hotspur.
Mansion Casino is one of the most reputable around and, if you talk to anyone in the industry, it will be one of the first names you hear if you ask them about the best people to do business with.
- Wide Variety
- Great Service
- Payment Options
The above link to Bet365 Casino has replaced the previous link to Mansion Casino.
They’re 100% legal for United Kingdom-based players to play with. Unfortunately, they have closed their doors to German players for legal reasons. On the plus side, players from most other countries are accepted and you can play in a total of twelve different languages.
Mansion Casino Bonuses & Promotions
The headline Mansion Casino bonus is known for being very good, from the high rollers to the thin-wallet holders, so do check their site for the most current offer. Obviously, you won’t be able to withdraw straight away. You have to play through the bonus a number of times before it’s yours to keep.
Beyond the initial deposit bonus, they may also send you emails with bonuses every now and then. There are tons of promotions that change quite regularly, where you stand a chance of winning free stuff, vacations, and real cash bonuses.
Games at Mansion Casino
Mansion Casino has a truly massive selection of games – powered by Playtech. Playtech churns out tons of new slots every year, as well as having all of the old classics and popular slots like Iron Man, Gladiator, and so on.
Beyond the slots, you’ll also find all of your favourite live casino games like roulette (15 versions!), blackjack (10 versions), craps, and video poker. One thing is for sure, you’ll never be stuck for a new game to play.
The games will work on mobile devices plus Windows, Mac, and Linux. If you want even more choice for your mobile device you’ll want to sign up for their (now former) sister site, casino.com. They’re the same company, just operating their mobile client under a different brand name.
Deposit and Withdrawal Options
Being fully licensed and above board, Mansion Casino has been cleared for deposits and withdrawals by all of the major financial companies. You can deposit with bank draft, Click2Pay, ClickandBuy, EcoCard, FirePay, InstaDebit, Instant Wire Transfer, Debit cards such as Maestro, MasterCard and Visa Delta, Skrill Moneybookers, MyCitadel, Neteller, PaperCheck, Paysafecard, Ukash, UseMyBank, Visa, Visa Electron, WebMoney, Wire Transfer, and PayPal in the United Kingdom.
What’s more, the games are all available in a range of currencies including AUD CAD CHF DKK EUR GBP HKD JPY NOK NZD RUB SEK USD and ZAR.
Mansion Casino Customer Support and Security
One of the biggest reasons why we’re happy to recommend Mansion Casino is the quality of their customer support. You can call them on the phone for free from the UK, and for the price of an international call from all other countries. There’s also the option of live chat from anywhere in the world most of the time.
When they’re offline you can always shoot them an email and they usually get back to you within just a few business hours. Their support staff are courteous and efficient and will usually find a satisfactory solution to any problems than you might encounter during your visit.
We like to get the opinions and views of players here at OnlineGamblingBible.com, so let’s reveal what people are saying:
What Users Say About Mansion Casino
“I was really impressed by how quick and easy it was to register with this mobile casino. I literally went from signing up to playing in under 5 minutes – brilliant! And then I found out about the excellent selection of games that they have – just wow.”
“The top feature of this mobile casino was definitely the choice of deposit and withdrawal methods. Not all online casinos offer the choice of PayPal and this one does. For me, that’s the ultimate in convenience.”
“I like the way this mobile casino is presented. The red and black colour scheme makes it really easy to see all the detail and the game titles really stand out. It’s simple, but very effective – just what you need when you’re using a smartphone with a small screen to play video slots.”
“I’m an absolute novice when it comes to mobile gambling casino games, so I was really pleased to see that I didn’t have to jump in at the deep end with this mobile casino. There were lots of games where I could keep my wager amounts low – as low as a penny in some cases! That was great for someone like me who wants to get used to the basics before committing to bigger bets.”
“I prefer slots over table games, and although this casino doesn’t have as many as some of its rivals, the choice is good and the quality is high. There’s also plenty of variety of jackpot slots, which I also really appreciate.”
“The live casino options are pretty extensive. I like the fact that it isn’t just roulette and blackjack in the live casino – there are other more unusual options like Hi-Lo and Spin A Win too. If you like the real-world experience, you won’t be disappointed.”
What I think of Mansion Casino
George Sont, Reviewer
In a mission to find the best mobile casinos out there, now it was my first time trying out the Mansion Casino. To save you the time and effort involved in finding a reliable and entertaining online casino experience, my experiences and in-depth review should be just about enough to tell you absolutely everything you need to know about this operator. All my own opinions, of course.
The Registration Experience
The registration process with Mansion Casino was actually incredibly simple. The site has been well designed and is very mobile responsive, so even on the small screen of my smartphone, I could easily see what I was doing. As soon as you open the site, you can see straight away the option to log in or to join. I selected the green “Join” tab and went on to enter my details.
There isn’t anything too onerous to complete – it’s all the basics, your name, address, phone number, chosen username and password. Once I’d completed my information, I received an email straight away welcoming me to the site and informing me about the welcome bonus offer. There was no need for me to use the live chat to contact the customer service team or anything like that. So far, so good!
What Do You Need To Know About The Welcome Bonus?
As you might imagine, there’s the usual host of terms and conditions associated with getting the welcome bonus. That’s pretty standard. I’ll run through the basics that you need to know so you don’t have to read through them all yourself. Bear in mind that welcome bonuses can change, but here’s how I got mine (post-registration):
• There was a minimum deposit of £20 as the first deposit to receive the bonus
• The maximum amount of bonus available was £200
• There was a 40x playthrough requirement
• There are bonus betting limits in place – £5 on slots, 10% of the bonus amount on the other games
• Game-weighting applied – I noted that only scratchcards and slots have a 100% wager contribution.
• The welcome bonus wasn’t applicable if you use Neteller or Skrill to make your deposit
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days
Note that was also a choice of accepting the bonus or declining it in a pop up that appeared after making my first deposit. I made sure that I accepted it!
Making A Deposit
I again found it to be a simple process to make the first deposit with Mansion Casino. Compared to lots of other mobile casinos, there’s a bigger choice of banking methods to pick from and I was pleased to spot that PayPal was one of them.
That’s a more unusual choice, but it happens to be my personal favourite, so I was delighted to spot it there and made good use of it to make my initial deposit.
The other options that I took note of include:
• Debit cards
• Citadel
• Neteller
• Skrill
• PaySafeCard
• Neosurf
• Fast bank transfer
• Boku
• EcoPayz
Note that you can’t get the welcome bonus if you choose Skrill or Neteller as your initial deposit method. While the site does remember your initial payment method choice, you’re still free to choose another method next time to deposit funds.
The Player Account Panel
You can easily access your player account by clicking on the tap at the top left of the homepage. The panel is extremely user-friendly and gives you all the information you need to know.
Through this tab you can view your balance, your bonus balance and your bonus history, enter any promo code you’ve received, see any free spins or golden chips you’ve received, change your password, view your deposit and withdrawal history, view your loyalty points and set yourself a deposit limit.
Everything is well laid out, simple to access and very clear. If you want to access your balance immediately, you can click the tab on the right top of the page.
User-Friendliness Of The Site
I must admit that I was very impressed with the clear layout and design of the Mansion Casino website overall – and I’m not easily pleased! The black and red colour scheme is striking without being overwhelming – the background is black which allows you to easily see the games on offer.
As soon as you access the homepage you can immediately see the options you have to pick from. These options include:
• Top games
• Live casino
• Slots
• Jackpots
• Table games
• A-Z
Playing Roulette at Mansion Casino
My first port of call was to find a game of roulette to play, as I am an absolute roulette freak (check out the best of roulette here, by the way)! I found that I was spoiled for choice on this site.
There are 15 different types of roulette to choose from, including a couple of jackpot roulette varieties. Both American and European roulette are on offer. I decided to try out “Penny Roulette” first of all.
After clicking on the tab, I was given the option to play with sound. I decided that I would since I was at home and wasn’t likely to disturb anyone around me. So far, so good.
I was given the option to play in full screen. However, that was as far as I got. I couldn’t access the game. All I was left with was a black screen telling me to swipe up to play in full screen! Not to be deterred, I tried again and the second time around, I managed to access the table. So, maybe that was a one-off problem.
With the minimum bet on this table being just 1p, it’s a pretty accessible choice for beginners. The max bet stands at £20, so we’re definitely not talking high rollers here! I decided to start out small – putting just a penny bet on evens and another penny on black – the last of the big spenders!
Probably just as well, since I ended up losing the bet! Still, the process was very simple. All you do is select the value chip you want by scrolling through your options at the bottom right of the page then click on the option you want to bet on at the virtual table. Click on spin and you watch the roulette wheel spin into action.
A friendly voice tells you the result and your remaining balance can be seen at the bottom left of the page. When you get a win, the friendly voice tells you “You win!” and you can immediately see the amount that you’ve won on your wager at the bottom of the screen. It’s all very straightforward.
After a few wagers, I decided to try Classic Roulette instead. This version has chips starting at £1 and going up to £1,000. Again, it’s very easy to place a wager by simply selecting the chip you want by scrolling through the options at the bottom right of the page.
If I was being picky, I’d say that the graphics aren’t quite as engaging in this game. They’re more functional, and very two-dimensional when compared to the Penny Roulette. Again, the same friendly voice announces the result of each spin and lets you know if you’re a winner.
Playing Blackjack
I decided to move onto the blackjack table. Again, there’s plenty of choice. 10 different versions of blackjack are on offer with one being a live table version. I decided to try “Cashback Blackjack”. Immediately, I was given a choice of wager limit – from a minimum of 50p per wager up to a minimum of £5 per wager.
Once you’ve made your selection, you’re taken to the table. You can choose to play up to 5 hands. It couldn’t be easier to play. Even a complete novice could manage this game.
All you do is select the value of your chips at the bottom of the screen and then click on the hands you wish to bet on. When you’re ready, click on “deal”. You’ll see the cards being dealt to both you and the dealer.
You can then decide whether to hit or stand. Once you’ve finally decided to stand, we see the dealer’s remaining cards being dealt and then a friendly voice will give you the total and tell you whether you win. You’ll see the amount that you’ve won at the bottom of the screen. It’s all very user-friendly and colourful. There’s a 3D feel to this game which is very appealing.
A Table Game Overview
There are lots of other games to choose from in the Table Game category. Apart from the numerous versions of blackjack and roulette, there’s also Casino Hold’em, 3 Card Brag, Lucky Lucky, Deuces Wild, Spin A Win, Joker Poker, Hi-Lo and Caribbean Stud Poker.
If you’re a Live Casino fan, you’ll be pleased to discover that you’ve got no shortage of options either. There were 10 live roulette games, 6 live blackjack games, live baccarat, Hi-Lo and Spin A Win when I was playing here.
What About Slots?
There are over 200 different slots to choose from on this mobile casino site, which isn’t as many as some other operators can offer. However, there are some interesting options here which I haven’t seen before. One which caught my eye was Monty Python’s Life of Brian, which looked especially unusual!
There were slots covering pretty much every genre imaginable. Oriental theming, historical, fantasy, myths and legends, sports, animals, TV and movie franchises – they were all represented here. Also there are over 50 different jackpot slots with some very high sums on offer.
I decided to have a try on a few of the slots which particularly caught my eye, starting with Life of Brian. However, when I selected this option, I received an error message and couldn’t play. Not a great start. So, I decided to try out The Goonies slot instead.
There was no problem this time – I was taken straight into the game. Colourful and visually appealing, I particularly liked the vocal interjections from the main protagonists “Goonies Never Say Die!” and “Hey, you guys!” – a bit of fun.
Minimum wagers on this slot start at 10p when I played. With scatters, wilds and super stacked it’s a pretty fun game and there are 20 win lines. There is also the One-Eyed Willy’s Riches which triggers one of six modifiers and the One-Eyed Willy’s Bonus which triggers a wheel of fortune style spin with free spins on offer.
I thought that it was a lot of fun and very easy to access. As part of my “research”, I also had a wonderful experience on the slot called “Fairest of them All” where I managed to win big on the Mine Bonus with a £293 win from just £10 – and I just happened to take a recording which you can see here in all its spectacular glory!!!

Contacting The Casino
I was especially impressed by the Mansion Casino customer support team. Like most casinos these days, they’re available 24/7 so there’s always someone there to help. There’s an email address, UK freephone number (as well as an international phone number) and, the ultimate in convenience, an online chat facility.
The staff are speedy to respond, helpful and courteous – what more can you ask? There’s also a handy FAQs section which tells you the basic answers to many of the most common queries without you having to speak to an operative.
What About Withdrawals?
The withdrawal process for funds in your player account is really simple too. Simply go into your account portal, select the withdraw tab and then enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Of course, you can only withdraw via one of the methods that you’ve deposited with. Immediately, the withdrawal shows as pending and the speed at which authorisation is given depends on the loyalty level you’ve reached.
If you’re a basic Bronze member, you can expect to wait 72 hours for the authorisation to be received. If you’re making a large withdrawal you can expect a longer processing time of up to 5 days. If you’re only withdrawing a smaller win, processing is fairly quick depending on which withdrawal method you’ve chosen.
If you’ve picked an e-Wallet method like PayPal, you can expect to see your funds within a few hours of authorisation being given. Watch out for your bonuses though – if you haven’t met your playthrough requirements not only will you not be able to withdraw your funds, but you’ll lose the bonus funds entirely.
What Else Should I Know About Mansion Casino?
One thing you’re sure to want to know about Mansion Casino is whether or not it’s regulated and licensed – As there are still some operators out there who are not. You can rest assured that it is. It’s licensed by the Gibraltar Licensing Authority and is regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission.
Is there a loyalty club?
Yes, I’m pleased to report that there certainly is. When I checked, for every £20 wagered on slots you received 1 loyalty point. The amount you have to wager increases dramatically depending on the game you choose, however. If Blackjack Surrender is your favourite game, beware – you’ll need to wager £200 before you get 1 loyalty point!
Also, low-risk bets in roulette won’t count towards your loyalty point wagering total. Neither do double options on video poker and slots. There are five loyalty levels to progress through. The more you deposit and play, the faster you progress.
Note that if you want to exchange your loyalty points for cash bonuses, it looks like this can only be done through the desktop browser and not through mobile devices.
Overall – Would I Recommend Mansion Casino?
Would I recommend Mansion Casino – Yes, I would. It may not have as much choice in terms of slots as some other casinos, but I found the user experience very accessible and accommodating, and I found the gameplay engaging and fun. It’s a great choice for a novice player since there are lots of options that allow you to make low wagers.
There’s also a lot for higher rollers to enjoy too. This is sure to appeal to serious punters and the cash rewards that they can exchange their points for are very appealing when you get into the higher figures.
The deposit and withdrawal process is simple, convenient and offers a lot of choice, as well as the customer service being truly outstanding. Overall, there’s a lot going for this operator and since it’s fully licensed and regulated, there’s nothing to worry about in terms of security and safety. I wouldn’t hesitate to play at Mansion Casino again.
